It takes like 8-10 hours of doing the sawmills and another 2 for making the tables. Just do some teak stuff (cheaper than mahogany) and warbands for a few days to get the construction level. It's really not that time consuming or expensive. Took me about 4 days to go from 30-75, along with doing other skills.
